Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Those patients who were (1) accorded with the diagnostic criteria of 2012 adult bronchiectasis expert consensus, (2) trachea dilatation severity index (BSI) score>8, and (3) cardiac function II-III grade (NYHA grade), were included in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Those patients who (1) have been acute aggravation in the past three months, (2) have other respiratory diseases such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and bronchial asthma, (3) have severe celiac diseases such as liver cirrhosis affecting the completion of abdominal breathing, (4) have late stage of other severe diseases with life expectancy of less than 2 years, (5) have severe lower limb joint disease affecting walking, (6) cognitive impairment or mental abnormality, (7) may fail to follow up midway, and (8) have poor compliance with treatment, were excluded in the study.
