18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Signed the informed consent form prior to patient entry; 2. Male or female patients aged 18-75 years old; 3. Expected Survival Time: Over 3 months; 4. Had an Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance-status score of 0 or 1; 5. Pathological or cytologically proven extensive-Stage small cell lung cancer(according to Veterans Administration Lung Study Group)and without progression after four 21-day cycles of first-line Etoposide and Cisplatin Chemotherapy(Evaluation was CR /PR/SD based on RECIST1.1). 6. If prophylactic cranial irradiation (PCI) was not planned,informed consent was required to be written between 3 weeks and 5 weeks after day 1 of the fourth cycle of etoposide and platinum chemotherapy. If PCI was planned or already performe, informed consent was required to be written between 3 weeks and 9 weeks after day 1 of the fourth cycle of etoposide and platinum chemotherapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pathologic fractures in bone metastasis of small cell lung cancer 2. Patients who have been used targeted drugs(such as sunitinib, bevacizumab),Immune targeted drugs 3. Imaging (CT or MRI) shows that the distance between tumor lesion and the large blood vessel is <= 5 mm, or there is a central tumor that invades the local large blood vessel; or there is a significant pulmonary cavity or necrotizing tumor.
