Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) According to the diagnostic criteria for Henoch Schonlein purpura revised by the European Committee for Disease Control and prevention and the European Committee for the prevention and control of children's kidney disease in 2008, the evidence-based diagnosis and treatment recommendations for Henoch Schonlein purpura in children and the evidence-based diagnosis and treatment guidelines for Henoch Schonlein nephritis revised by the pediatric branch of the Chinese Medical Association in 2016, patients with Henoch Schonlein purpura and Henoch Schonlein nephritis were diagnosed for the first time. (2)The guardian of the subject voluntarily signs the informed consent and may provide detailed contact information. There is no short-term migration and can cooperate with the follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Free participation and withdrawal according to patients' wishes.
