18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 70 years; 2. Predicted FEV 1 > 60% or FEV1 > 1.5L; 3. EF > 50%; 4. BMI < 25.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients with serious diseases of liver and kidney, hematopoietic system and endocrine system; 2. Coagulation disorders.
