18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18~65 years old; 2. BMI of 18.5~24.9; 3. ASA grade I-II; 4. Underwent lap aroscopy-assisted radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) there is any organ failure; (2) arrhythmia and valvular heart disease; (3) intracardiac shunt; (4) heart, lung or renal insufficiency; (5) severe obesity, difficult airway, asthma or a long history of smoking.
