18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with mediastinal masses who are to undergo median sternotomy; Men and women aged 18-65 years old; Body mass index (BMI) 17.9-24.9; ASA II, III; cardiac function NYHA II, III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with thoracic malformation who can not be blocked, whose left ventricular ejection fraction is less than 40%, who are installed with aortic balloon counterpulsation, ventricular assist device, diabetes history and infection.
