Case series:Azacitidine-containing pretreatment protocol: azacitidine 50mg/m2, d1-7

16 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 16 to 65 years old; meet at least one of the following conditions without allo-HSCT contraindications: 1. Patients with allo-HSCT pre-high-risk MDS/AML who were initially treated but not in remission; 2. MDS/AML patients with allo-HSCT pre-hematological or pre-genetic recurrence; 3. MDS/AML patients with more than 2 recurrences and remissions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. MDS/AML patients who did not meet the inclusion criteria; 2. Patients and/or their family members did not agree to sign informed consent.
