Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Chronic kidney disease stage 5D (eGFR =18 years; 4. sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. diagnosed with conditons that affect survival, such as malignant tumors, symptomatic cardiopulmonary diseases, skeletal muscle system abnormalities, or dyskinesia can not practise tai chi; 2. plan to or have received kidney transplantation or peritoneal dialysis; 3. positive for human immunodeficiency virus (HIV); 4. Acute infectious disease within the last 1 month; 5. alcoholic and other bad habits that are hard to break; 6. compliance is poor, unable to follow the protocol for treatment; 7. survival time of subjects is estimated to be less than 1 year; 8. liver cirrhosis; 9. any other conditions that the researchers think the subject can't attend the study.
