Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with small pulmonary nodules (<=3cm) who need minimally invasive surgery; 2. did not receive radiation or chemotherapy for lung diseases before surgery; 3. Preoperative evaluation of patients who can tolerate lobectomy; 4. Patients without organ insufficiency; 5. The patient has no history of organ resection surgery or other major surgical history; 6. Patients can move independently and have good cognitive ability; 7. Voluntarily participated in this study and informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious complications occur after surgery, which affects the recovery of pulmonary function; 2. Due to the illness, patients need to be transferred to the monitoring room to continue treatment; 3. Accompanied by serious medical diseases, such as heart, lung, liver, and kidney failure; 4. Can not cooperate with the treatment, such as patients with mental illness, severe consciousness and so on.
