Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meet the DSM-V diagnostic criteria for major depressive disorder (through MINI type examination and clinical diagnosis by a chief physician); agree to receive TUS treatment; 18-50 years old; education level of junior high school and above; Ineffective against 4 weeks of full-dose treatment with an SSRI antidepressant or intolerance to at least one antidepressant; HAMD-17 scale score >=8; the drug type and dosage and conventional treatment during treatment do not change

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Reliance on DSM-V drugs or alcohol in the last three months; serious physical illness; having severe negative perceptions and behaviors; pregnant and lactating women; Axis I or Axis II psychotic disorder via MINI diagnoses; ECT treatment is not effective; Any neurological disease, including cerebrovascular disease, stroke, intracranial injury, epilepsy parkinson, etc .; Cardiovascular disease, pacemaker or drug pump installers; Metal implants in the skull; Use of anticonvulsants.
