Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Participants will be enrolled during the 2018-2020 Fall semesters from Shanghai University of Sport in Shanghai, China; (2) Willing to participate in the study and sign informed consent; (3) Freshmen of Shanghai Institute of Physical Education other than the exclusion criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Known to have heart disease; chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma, pulmonary cystic fibrosis; diabetes, hypertension, thyroid dysfunction, kidney or liver disease; (2) Those who have taken nutritional supplements within the past 6 months; (3) People with severe musculoskeletal and joint disease, limb dysfunction, or unable to perform exercise test due to mental or physical disability.
