39 Years to 67 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: With a history of type 2 diabetes and clinical symptoms, and confirmed as DPN by neurophysiological examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other neuropathies such as guillain-barre syndrome or lower limb nerve pain caused by disc herniation were excluded; 2. lower limb vascular lesions; 3. history of right knee injury or surgical history; 4. history of neurotoxin exposure; 5. MRI contraindications, non-cochlear implant, pacemaker and artificial stent implantation, no claustrophobia, etc..
