Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: In the thyroid surgery department of our hospital, the patients who were hospitalized for papillary thyroid cancer, underwent total thyroidectomy, and needed long-term TSH suppression treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: total thyroidectomy for other reasons; second operation; no measurement of bone mineral density and / or bone metabolism index before operation
