18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years old (inclusive) male or female. 2. Hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy, obstruction of left ventricular outflow tract (obstruction: LVOTG >= 30mmHg at rest; latent obstruction: normal LVOTG at rest, LVOTG >= 30mmHg at stress exercise), with obstruction-related clinical symptoms (such as syncope, amaurosis, dyspnea, chest pain). 3. The patient is willing to follow up and agree to sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with intracardiac thrombus or ventricular incision or atrial incision in the past four weeks; 2. Patients using prosthetic valves; 3. Patients with systemic active infections; 4. For patients with left atrial thrombus, myxoma, atrial septal defect surgery, atrial transeptal puncture is banned; 5. For patients undergoing aortic valve replacement surgery, retrograde aortic approach surgery is prohibited; 6. Patients with significant bleeding tendency or bloody diseases; 7. Patients with malignant tumors or end-stage diseases; 8. Pregnant women.
