24 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. meet the diagnostic criteria of POAG; 2. IOP > 21mmhg >=2 times before surgery or medication; 3. corneal thickness is within the normal value (500 um ~ 550 um); 4. no eye surgery history within 3 months before follow-up; 5. except high myopia; 6. no history of brain disease, diabetes, hypertension and other systemic diseases, and other eye diseases; 7. Uncorrected or best corrected visual acuity >=0.6; 8. OCT image quality >=45.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. have any harmful systemic diseases (AIDS, leukemia, cancer, etc.); 2. pregnancy, pregnant women and mothers; 3. receive surgical treatment during follow-up.
