18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. pathology confirmed the diagnosis of ENKTL; 2. stage III-IV or relapsed/refractory Stage I-II disease; 3. evaluable lesions; 4. supposed to be alive for at least 3 months; 5. aged 18-75 years; 6. ECOG=0-2; 7. no effective chemotherapy within 3 weeks before enrollment except for steroids alone; 8. acceptable liver/kidney function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. CNS involvment; 2. pregnancy; 3. unwilling to be birth-control; 4. allergic to study drugs; 5. uncontrolled infection.
