Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) 18-45 years old, both male and female; (2) At least one serious ankle sprain 1 year ago; (3) CAIT scale score = 5 clear responses; (4) FAAM-ADL score <= 90%, FAAM-SPORT score < 80%; (5) Ankle joints with a history of injuries have repeatedly experienced "giving away" or "instability" in any activity, or have a history of recurrent ankle sprains in the past 3 months; (6) No other CAI physical therapy interventions in the past 6 months; (7) Agree and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Any history of lower limb surgery; (2) Hip and knee injuries affect function; (3) History of lower limb injuries in the last 3 months, including acute ankle sprain; (4) Patients with unstable severe cardiovascular, kidney, and liver diseases; (5) Disorders of balance, neurological disorders, diabetes or other diseases known to affect balance; (6) Pregnancy or lactation; (7) Others, those who are determined not to participate in the study by the physician.
