Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. patients aged 18-60 years, BMI:18-30kg/m2; 2. patients who scheduled to undergo elective bimaxillary surgery; 3. use of patient-controlled intravenous analgesia; 4. patients volunteered to join the study and signed the Informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. glaucoma; 2. allergy to anticholinergic drugs; 3. patients suffering from acute or chronic nausea, motion sickness, and/or vomiting; 4. patients who had taken antiemetic within 12 hours prior to surgery; 5. previous history of serious neuropsychiatric diseases such as schizophrenia, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease or severe dementia and other communication disorders; 6. a severe hepatic insufficiency (Child-Pugh score > 9); 7. a severe renal insufficiency (need for dialysis); 8. ASA physical status >= III.
