Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients with primary hypothyroidism (Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Adult Hypothyroidism 2017); 2. The first diagnosis and treatment have not yet been treated. 3. Between 18 and 55 years old, men or women. 4. primary education or above; 5. Han nationality; 6. Right-handed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Past or current patients with psychiatric disorders; 2. Head trauma; 3. Complication with other endocrine or autoimmune diseases (diabetes mellitus, etc.); 4. Ischemic cardiomyopathy; 5. Severe visual impairment (the normal vision can not be achieved after correction); 6. Those who suffer from serious and unstable physical diseases and are unable to complete questionnaires and procuratorial assessments; 7. Alcohol or mental activity substance abuse or dependence history; 8. Pregnant or lactating women, women currently using contraceptives; 9. Organic brain damage such as epilepsy or other diseases with random brain discharge; 10. Contraindications of MRI examination (implants, claustrophobia, etc.).
