Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the world health organization (WHO) diagnostic criteria for coronary heart disease (CHD) in 1979. 2. Have general communication ability, and can fill in the required research questionnaire independently or with the assistance of pharmacists. 3. Voluntarily participate and agree to cooperate with relevant requirements of the research program. 4. Chinese patients living in this city or in this city for a long time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged < 18 years. 2. Have severe mental illness or mental retardation.
