Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis conforms to the Chinese guidelines for the prevention and treatment of hypertension 2018; 2. Have general communication skills, and be able to fill in the required research questionnaire independently or with the assistance of pharmacists; 3. Voluntarily participate and agree to cooperate with relevant requirements of the research program; 4. Chinese patients living in this city or in this city for a long time; 5. The age of 18 years old or more.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hypertension of pregnancy; 2. Have severe mental illness or mental retardation.
