18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Voluntary signature of informed consent; (2) Age greater than 18 years; (3) burn area greater than 15% TBSA; (4) The admission time is within 24 hours after the injury.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Women or lactating women who are pregnant or who have a pregnancy plan within one year; (2) Patients with metabolic or respiratory alkalosis due to hyperventilation, gastrointestinal diseases or strong alkali burns; (3) Hypermagnesemia; (4) Patients with hypothyroidism; (5) Other reasons why researchers don't believe it is appropriate to participate in the study.
