Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) ASA grade I-II, 3-7 years old children undergoing elective general anesthesia; (2) The results of blood routine examination, liver and kidney function, blood coagulation function, blood lipid and blood glucose, electrolyte, electrocardiogram and chest X-ray examination were normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Premature or stunted; (2) History of chronic disease, genetic disease, peripheral or central nervous system disease; (3) Have behavior disorder or intelligence abnormality; (4) Children who have significant changes in their lives recently (such as the death of family members, moving to a new home, changing a new kindergarten, etc.); (5) The parents or other main guardians could not understand or complete the experimental investigation.
