Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) All patients met the diagnostic criteria of DM; (2) The patients with microalbuminuria and macroalbuminuria met the diagnostic criteria of DKD; (3) eGFR >=90ml/min^1.732 in simple diabetes mellitus group, eGFR 30~90ml/min^1.732 both microalbuminuria group and macroalbuminuria group; (4) aged 30-70 years old; (5) HbA1c < 9%; (6) Blood pressure below 140/90 mmHg; (7) sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Primary renal disease with definite diagnosis; (2) Other systemic diseases that can cause proteinuria; (3) Acute complications of diabetes mellitus and urinary tract infection in the past 1 month; (4) Complicated with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; (5) suffering from mental illness and unable to cooperate; (6) pregnant or lactating women, or those preparing for pregnancy; (7) Women in their menstrual period; (8) Those who have participated in other clinical trials within the past 1 month; (9) Not willing to accept the researcher.
