Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Clinical symptoms and signs of pneumonia; (2) Chest CT showed necrotic pneumonia. At the beginning of the disease, X-ray chest film or CT showed large consolidation of the lung. After that, the density of the missing lung parenchyma increased. On the basis of consolidation, there were multiple thin-walled cavities with air or liquid. The edge of cavities are not enhanced in enhanced CT.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Pulmonary abscess, tuberculosis, pulmonary cyst and cystic adenomatoid malformation; (2) Children with congenital pulmonary cyst, cystic adenomatoid malformation and other basic diseases or immune defects.
