8 Years to 12 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 8 to 12 years; 2. Cycloplegic spherical equivalent refractive error (SER) of -1.00 to -4.00D, astigmatism of = 1.50D; 3. Best-corrected visual acuity 1.0 or better in both eyes; 4. The refraction increased not less than 0.50D in the past one year; 5. The birth weight more than 1500g; 6. Agree to the randomized and to attend the scheduled visits and aftercare.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) strabismus; 2) Amblyopia; 3) Wear contact lenses or other methods of myopia treatment before enrollment (refractive surgery, progressive multifocal lens, orthokeratology, etc.); 4) Eye surgery, trauma or other chronic eye diseases; those who are allergic to atropine eye drops; 5) 6 months before enrollment, wearing contact lenses or other treatments for myopia; 6) A history of ocular diseases affecting the wearing of orthokeratology; 7) History of systemic diseases (myasthenia gravis, etc.) affecting the wearing of orthokeratology; 8) Systemic diseases, such as respiratory diseases, cardiovascular system diseases, etc .; 9) Unwilling to accept random and visits.
