18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Fasting glucose was 7.8mmol/L or 11.1mmol/L at 2h postprandial; (2) HbA1C >= 7.0%; (3) perioperative insulin therapy; (4) aged between 18 and 80; (5) have the ability to act autonomously, give informed consent, and volunteer to participate in this project.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe acute and chronic diseases, severe heart failure, lung failure, tumors, etc.; (2) Unable to communicate in normal language; (3) Participating in other researchers.
