Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Selective heart valve surgery; 2. Aged > 18 years; 3. NYHAC II-III; 4. EF> 50%; 5. Blood lactate level <1.6 mmol / L; 6. Alanine transferase (ALT) <50U / L; 7. Brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) <100pg / ml; 8. Stay overnight in ICU after surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary aortic occlusion during the operation; 2. Emergency surgery again within 24H after the operation.
