Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: It meets the Berlin ARDS diagnostic standard in 2012; it is estimated that the length of stay in ICU is more than 24 hours; the age is between 18-80 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and parturient women, with vasculitis, systemic lupus erythematosus and other connective tissue diseases.
