Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A maximum time interval between amputation and decellularization process was less of 1 h.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Amputated patients with diabetes, malignancies, or other diseases; 2. Onychomycosis, melanoma, bone tumour, or inflammation in the collected samples.
