Colonoscopy in obese patients

Interventions

L group:Propofol 0.3-0.4mg/ (kg/h) , Lidocaine 1.5mg/kg load and maintenance 4mg/ (kg/h)

Cgroup:Propofol 0.3-0.4mg/ (kg/h), the same amount of saline and maintenance

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-70 years; 2. The ASA: I - II level; 3. The BMI: 30 kg/m2 or; 4. Colonoscopy patients who voluntarily participated in and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to lidocaine; 2. More than II degree atrioventricular block patients; 3. Severe abnormal heart, lung, liver and kidney function; 4. Central nervous system and neuropsychiatric diseases.
