experimental group 1:Lidocaine was induced at 1.5mg/kg + maintained at 1mg/kg/h
experimental group 2:Lidocaine was induced by 1.5mg/kg + maintained by 2mg/kg/h
control group:Normal saline induced 0.15ml/kg+ maintained 0.1ml/h

30 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 30 to 75 years; 2. ASA grades are I-III; 3. Elective radical treatment of gastric cancer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With a previous history of other malignant tumors, it is impossible to judge whether this gastric cancer is primary or not; 2. Before the operation, ESD, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or take anti-inflammatory drugs, analgesics and hormone drugs for treatment; 3. Metastasis of the tumor to other organs and organs; 4. Preoperative gastric cancer with gastrointestinal obstruction or perforation; 5. BMI > 30 kg/m2; 6. Having a nervous or psychopath; 7. Allergic to local anesthetics; 8. Liver, kidney abnormal; 9. Severe arrhythmia, preexcitation syndrome, severe heart block; 10. Diseases of the central nervous system.
