Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with advanced gastric cancer confirmed by pathology and / or cytology; 2) There were evaluable lesions; 3) Aged > 18 years, gender unlimited; 4) The physical condition of the patients was good, and the score of kappa was >= 60; 5) It has the indication of maintaining chemotherapy, and the curative effect of palliative chemotherapy reaches SD or PR patients; 6) Signed the informed consent voluntarily, and had good compliance with the treatment and follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with severe impairment of heart, liver and kidney function, hematopoietic dysfunction and mental disorder; 2) Patients with uncontrolled diabetes, hypertension and ulcer; patients with uncontrolled infection; 3) Patients with poor compliance; 4) People with allergic constitution and patients who are known or suspected to be allergic to any investigational drug; 5) Patients who participated in clinical trials of other drugs in the past month; 6) Pregnant and lactating women; 7) The researchers think it is not suitable to participate in this experiment.
