Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary lung cancer; 2. Stage I to IV non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (in which stage Ia to Ib patients accounted for at least 50 % of the total); 3. The patient is under 75 years old (included 75 years old); 4. Formalin fixed paraffin-embedded cancer tissues and the matched para-cancer tissues were preserved after complete surgical resection; at least 10 tissue sections are provided, and the tumor occupies greater than 25 % of the tissue surface area.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Received treatment (included radiotherapy, chemotherapy, targeted therapy and immunotherapy) before surgery; 2. Tissue missing or inadequate tissue blocks (ie, the tumor that occupies < 25 % of the tissue surface area; or the sample quality does not meet the requirements of subsequent experiments (ie sample degradation)); 3. Death within 30 days of resection; 4. Positive margins on pathology; 5. A second cancer (excluding cutaneous basal and squamous-cell carcinomas) diagnosed within 3 years of the lung cancer diagnosis.
