Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with multiple myeloma; 2. Patients with FISH examination results should try their best to obtain genetic diagnosis results.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) developed fever, cough, other respiratory diseases and inflammatory diseases within 30 days before the study began; 2) take antibiotics, probiotics or microbiotics, hormones and immunosuppressants within 30 days before the study begins; 3) have a clear tendency or preference in drinking, diabetes or diet; 4) suffering from diseases of the digestive system, such as inflammatory bowel disease, intestinal infectious disease or other diseases that may affect the function of the digestive system; 5) have had gastrointestinal surgery. Major exclusion criteria: 1) Incomplete clinical information; 2) Patients with infectious diseases.
