18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. critical patients admitted to ICU; 2. aged >=18 years; 3. mechanical ventilation time > 5 days; 4. sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. previous vulnerability; 2. severe trauma, skin defect, or bandaging restriction examination; 3. persistent coma; 4. disapproval of patients or family members; 5. the subjects were unable to communicate effectively (slow reaction, mental illness, language barrier); 6. drug effects (A methylprednisolone > 16mg / d, lasting 3 days), B neuromuscular blocker duration > 24h / C any aminoglycoside drugs.
