No minimum to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children under 18 years old at admission with fulminant myocarditis; 2. Hemodynamic instability caused by acute heart failure or severe arrhythmia or cardiac arrest; 3. Require positive muscle strength/vasoactive drug support or mechanical circulation assistance (e.g. ECMO or VAD); 4. Recent (less than 14 days) history of respiratory tract and gastrointestinal tract infection; 5. No underlying heart disease (such as abnormal coronary arteries).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Circulatory dynamics stabilized common acute myocarditis; 2. Ischemic heart disease, such as myocardial infarction, etc..
