Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 55 years or older; 2) The estimated operation time is more than 2 hours; 3) Patients with exercise software and data meeting the needs of the study for more than one year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Refuse to participate; 2) Emergency operation; 3) Patients who did not install relevant sports software, whose data did not meet the research needs or whose data was less than one year; 4) Other reasons why patients should not participate in this study, which should be clearly and carefully recorded in CRF, are considered by researchers.
