Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with various types of cancer undergoing IDD surgery; (2) Analgesics currently used are converted to> 60mg / 24 hours morphine orally as morphine tolerance; (3) Aged > 18 years; (4) Can understand the experiment Content and voluntary test; (5) The subject (or his designated agent) must sign the informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Presence of central nervous system infection; (2) People with central tumor metastasis; (3) Serious mental or cognitive impairment.
