Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Retrospective case study on the period from November 1 to December 31, 2019, the immunodeficiency patients with severe infection hospitalized in hematology department over 14 years old, mainly preimplantation hematopoietic stem cell transplantation patients with the most serious immunodeficiency, do not limit the types of primary diseases (such as leukemia, aplastic anemia, myelodysplastic syndrome), and meet the following conditions: (1) Fever > 38.5 degree C for more than two days; (2) Procalcitonin > 2.5ng/ml or C-reactive protein > 40mg/L, that is, the upper limit of 5 times; (3) collecting a biological body fluid sample to carry out pathogenic microorganism nanopore sequencing detection; (4) Consent to be included in the retrospective case study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The expected survival period is less than 1 month due to the progression of the primary disease; (2) Patients with transient fever due to drug reaction.
