Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult group with normal liver function (30 cases in group N): 35 to 55 years old, normal liver and kidney function, BMI is the age corresponding to standard weight of 30%, did not receive any drugs that affect liver function within two weeks before the experiment, no alcohol and A history of drug abuse, grade ASA I-II, planned non-hepatic surgery of the abdomen, the operation time is expected to be no less than 3 hours. Liver function class B adult group (30 cases in group B): liver function class B adults, 35 to 55 years old, ASA II-III, patients who plan to undergo abdominal non-hepatic surgery, and the operation time is not shorter than 3 hours, according to liver function Child-Pugh classification, all B patients were included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Current use of medications known to change hepatic drug metabolism; 2. Sevoflurane anesthesia in the past two months; 3. Operation time less than 2.5 h or more than 3.5 h; 4. Blood loss greater than 400ml; 5. Serious adverse events during the operation;6.conversion from laparoscopy to open surgery.
