18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female patients aged 18-75 years; 2. Gastric cancer confirmed by histopathologic or cytopathologic analysis; 3. Postoperative pathological TNM stage: stage II (i.e., cT1- 2N1-3M0/cT3-4N0M0) or III (i.e., cT3-4aN1-3M0) gastric cancer (UICC 7th edition); 4. Received D2 gastrectomy, and planned to receive postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy; 5. ECOG Physical Condition Score (PS) score 0-1; 6. Expected overall survival >= 3 months; 7. Informed consent signed by the patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients that have received chemotherapy, radiation or immunotherapy; 2. Patients with other malignant tumor in the last five years, except for cured skin cancer; 3. With mental disorders or cardiovascular diseases; 4. Patients have already been enrolled in other clinical trials in the last four weeks; 5. Pregnant woman, or woman with a plan for pregnancy in one year.
