Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years, regardless of gender; 2. Can understand and cooperate with the experiment, and sign the informed consent voluntarily; 3. Overweight (BMI 24.0-27.9 kg/m2) or obese (BMI >= 28.0 kg/m2); 4. Abnormal elevation of blood glucose: hBA1c >= 5.7% or fasting blood glucose >= 5.6mmol/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having familial hyperlipidemia or hypertriglyceridemia (triglyceride > 4.5mmol/L); 2. Diagnosed as type 1 diabetes or have serious diabetic complications, such as diabetic foot, diabetic nephropathy, etc. 3. Systolic blood pressure >180mmHg or diastolic blood pressure > 110mmHg in the latest blood pressure measurement; 4. Have a history of severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or arteriosclerosis diseases; 5. Severe liver disease (AST), ALT or TBIL (total bilirubin) >2 times the upper normal reference value) or renal disease (Cr) (creatinine) >1.5 times the upper limit of normal reference value); 6. Blood disease or tumor; 7. Pregnant or preparing for pregnancy; 8. Suffers from mental illness; 9. Cannot or does not agree to sign the informed consent; 10. Participated in other clinical studies within 30 days prior to the screening period.
