Age
18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 70 years; 2. Body mass index (BMI) is less than 30kg/m2; 3. Gastric cancer confirmed by pathology; 4. Preoperative oncology evaluation cT2-4aN0-2M0; 5. Tumor located in the fundus or body of stomach planned laparoscopic total gastrectomy; 6. Written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Reoperation in patients with tumor stage T4b or distant metastasis M1; 2. Patients undergoing reoperation; 3. Emergency operation; 4. History of preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy; 5. history of other cancers, chemotherapy, radiotherapy; 6. history of upper abdominal surgery; 7. Splenic hilar lymph node enlargement; 8. Proposed laparoscopic distal gastrectomy.
