Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis PBC can be determined by having 2 of the following 3 items: (1) Serum anti mitochondrial antibody was positive; (2) The level of serum ALP and / or ? - glutamyltranspeptidase increased; (3) The typical pathological changes of non suppurative cholangitis and interlobular bile duct injury were found in liver histology.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria of PBC group: (1) the intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile ducts have space occupying lesions or obstruction; (2) viral hepatitis, alcoholic hepatitis, drug-induced liver injury and liver cancer; (3) infectious diseases and cardiovascular diseases; (4) hypertension, diabetes and malignant tumor; (5) receiving immunosuppressive drugs or enhancer drugs; (6) autoimmune hepatitis, primary sclerosing cholangitis and overlapping syndrome of autoimmune liver disease; (7) other autoimmune diseases. In order to avoid the influence of drugs on serum FFA spectrum, all the subjects should exclude the use of drugs (no drugs used in the past 2 months).
