Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis of cerebral infarction and intracerebral hemorrhage conforms to the criteria of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine; 2. Aphasia was detected by Chinese complete aphasia rating scale, and the information content was less than or equal to 50%; 3. Aged 20 to 80 years; 4. First onset, any duration; 5. Patient is willing to sign the informed consent (if the patient cannot sign the informed consent due to physical disability or other reasons, the patient's legal guardian shall sign the informed consent).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with acute stroke (within two weeks) or advanced stage, with unstable vital signs; 2. Patient with cognitive impairment, mood disorders, mental disorders, visual and auditory disorders; 3. Patient with severe heart, liver, kidney disease or infectious diseases; 4. Patient with other neurological diseases; 5. Patient with language impairment caused by other causes prior to onset of disease.
