Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: POAG combined cataract: IOP?21mmHg (1 mmHg = 0.133 kPa); Cup/Disk was expanding, Visual filed was narrowing, Anterior chamber angle was open; The patients were also diagnosed cataract; Cataract: Lens becomes opacity and visual acuity declined progressively; None of the control subjects had a history of anti-glaucoma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with ophthalmic conditions such as uveitis, ocular trauma, incidence of ocular surgery within three months, intraocular inflammation, secondary or neovascular glaucoma and use of topical or systemic corticosteroids.
