18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA Grade I or II; 2. BMI 28-35 kg / m2; 3. No severe heart, brain, and pulmonary comorbidities; 4. FEV1 predicted value> 80%; 5. Liver and kidney function Normal; 6. shoulder arthroscopy; 7. operation time <2 h; 8. Aged 18 to 65 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications to nerve block; 2. Failure of nerve block; 3. Obstructive sleep apnea syndrome; 4. Long-term use of analgesics; 5. Presence of diaphragmatic dyskinesia; 6. Puncture Skin infections; 7. allergic to local anesthetics.
