Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who underwent colonoscopy in our hospital from February 2020 to September 2020 were selected; Aged > 18 years; Voluntary participation in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Obstruction or perforation of the digestive tract, intestinal obstruction or gastric retention; Severe active inflammatory bowel disease or toxic megacolon; Consciousness disorder; Allergic to the drug;Inability to swallow autonomously (in which case a nasogastric tube may be useful); After ileostomy.
