Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: In this study, we selected patients with good general body conditions and voluntary participation, who were able to cooperate well and fill out informed consent forms in the low vision clinic of EYE & ENT Hospital of Fudan University. The selected patients were divided into two groups: the central visual impairment group and the peripheral visual field defect group. Group A: Central vision impairment group: patients with BCVA of the better eyes less than 0.3 and better than light sense. According to China's 1987 classification of low vision and blindness, they are divided into first-level blindness, second-level blindness, first-level low vision and secondary low vision, about 10 people in each group. Group B: peripheral visual field defect group: (1) tunnel vision group: the residual visual field diameter is less than 20 degree. These patients are divided into 3 groups: Group I: visual field diameter in the range of 10 to 20 degree (about 20 people); Group II: visual field diameter in the range of 5 ~10 degree (about 20 people); Group III: The diameter of the field of view is less than 5 degree (about 20 people); (2) Hemianopsia group: these patients are divided into 2 groups: Group?: Temporal hemianopia group (about 10 people); Group II: Nasal hemianopia group (about 10 people); 3. Other types of severe visual field defects: including temporal islands and so on (about 20 people).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with unstable primary disease or systemic disease affecting the study
